I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me... just not as quickly as I was hoping. It took a couple of days, and I had to follow up once. To be fair, they were polite and did help me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience... just a bit slower than expected.

I ordered a few barber products and, i always kind of assume at least one thing might be off when there are different sizes or items involved. But everything in the box matched what I picked online, with no missing stuff or wrong sizes.

Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic there. I’m mostly just glad the order was accurate, because when a shop gets the details right the first time, I naturally feel better about ordering again

I went with the bigger size and it’s lasting way longer than I expected. You really don’t need much each time, so now I feel kind of trapped with this giant container in a good way because it’s probably going to be around forever. Happy with it overall
